Delivery & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the bespoke service, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been accepted with an Order Acceptance. That said, if you are really unhappy with your finished product then
please contact me and I can see what I can do.
Delivery of all items is absolutely free to customers within the UK. Delivery to addresses outside the UK will be an additional charge for this service as follows: Europe - £3.00 per order
Worldwide - £5.00 per order
Expected delivery times by country: UK - up to 10 working days
Europe - up to 13 working days
Worldwide - up to 15 working days
